I'm starting to develop an obsession with smoothie bowls but honestly, they're the best! If you have a major sweet tooth like me and could quite easily eat a whole pack of haribos for breakfast, you should really try one of these. They're so easy and simple to make, yet so nutritional(ish) and yum!

Preparation time: 2 minutes (additional time required if you like your smoothie bowl to be aesthetically pleasing/Instagram worthy! :P)

Approximately 390 calories per bowl.

Ingredients:

- 1 large banana

- 10 strawberries

- 10 red grapes (not essential but make the smoothie a cool purple colour!)

- A handful of ice

- 40g of granola

- Sprinkle of coconut shavings

Begin by adding ice, 5 strawberries, 10 red grapes and 3/4 of the banana into a blender and blend for 30 seconds (or until mixture is smooth).

While your smoothie is blending, cut the remaining 1/4 of the banana into thin slices and the remaining 5 strawberries in halves.

Pour your smoothie mixture into a bowl, add the granola, banana slices, strawberries and coconut shavings on top and serve!

Enjoy x
