Pineapple & Banana Smoothie Bowl

If you like pina coladas (and getting caught in the rain) then this is the perfect smoothie bowl for you!

Preparation time: 2 minutes (additional time required if you like your smoothie bowl to be aesthetically pleasing/Instagram worthy! :P)
Approximately 270 calories per bowl.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Handful of pineapple chunks
- Splash of coconut water or milk
- Ice
- 8 Blueberries
- Coconut shavings
Begin by adding the ice, 1/2 a banana, 3/4 of your pineapple and a splash of coconut water or milk into a blender and blend for 30/40 seconds (or until mixture is smooth).
While your smoothie is blending, cut the remaining 1/2 banana into thin slices.
Pour your smoothie mixture into a bowl (the pineapple is not essential but definitely made it more fun!), add the banana slices, remaining 1/4 of your pineapple and blueberries on top and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
