Green Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Wishing you were on an exotic beach eating fresh fruits and drinking pina coladas? Me too! Sadly, that's actually impossible right now due to lockdown but if you close your eyes, put on some ocean sounds and tuck into this delicious smoothie bowl, you can start to smell the sea breeze (or almost anyway)!

Preparation time: 2 minutes (additional time required if you like your smoothie bowl to be aesthetically pleasing/Instagram worthy! :P)
Approximately 250 calories per bowl.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 6 strawberries
- Handful of ice
- Handful of spinach (washed)
- Handful of blueberries
- Coconut shavings
Begin by adding the ice, banana, strawberries and spinach into a blender and blend for 30/40 seconds (or until mixture is smooth).
While your smoothie is blending, cut the kiwi into thin slices.
Pour your smoothie mixture into a bowl, add the kiwi slices, blueberries and sprinkle with coconut shavings.
